History made - Sinn Féin is now the largest party in the Six Counties

Sinn Féin's Bairbre de Brún has just been re-elected to the European Parliament topping the poll in the Six Counties. This is a historic development as Sinn Féin is now the largest party in the north of Ireland.

Bairbre de Brún got 126,184 votes and was the only candidate to reach the quota on the first count.
