Longford / Westmeath - Paul HOGAN

Paul was first elected to his Local Authority in 2004 at the age of 21 and has served as Mayor and Deputy Mayor. He is currently a member of Sinn Féin’s Ard Chomhairle (National Executive) and is chairperson of Longford/Westmeath Sinn Féin.

In 2007, Paul contested the General Election for Longford/Westmeath.

Paul is to the fore in campaigning for the provision and retention of services for the people of Longford and Westmeath. He is a former member of Westmeath Vocational Educational Committee (2004-2009).

Cllr. Hogan is a committed, dedicated and extremely hard-working elected representative for Longford and Westmeath. He represents a new vision with fresh ideas for a progressive future.

A strong community activist who is dedicated to providing real representation, Paul advocates getting people back to work, taxing the fat cats of society to pay their fair share and taking pressure off low and medium earners, who have been forced to
pay for private gambles placed by developers, speculators and bankers
