Mickey
Coogan is a 43 year old married father of three children who lives in
Ballynahinch.
Since first elected in 2005, he has held several key positions on Council, including Chairperson of the Policy and Resources Committee, the Culture and Economic Development Committee, the Health Committee and the Recreation and Community Services’ Committee.
Mickey is currently Chairperson of the Down District Community Safety Partnership and he has worked in close partnership with statutory agencies and community groups to implement Action Plans in towns and villages.
