6 April, 2016

On Good Friday, March 25, 2016 Sinn Féin held the 1916 Lost Leaders March from Kilmainham Gaol to Arbour Hill Cemetery to commemorate the lives of the sixteen leaders of the 1916 Rising, executed by the British. Thousands of people joined the march, including many from the US and Canada who marked the role played by those referred to in the Proclamation as Ireland's 'exiled children in America".
