Boylan launches ‘Stand up for Armagh’ campaign

15 February, 2017 - by Cathal Boylan

Newry/Armagh Sinn Féin candidate Cathal Boylan has launched a party campaign to secure greater government investment across the greater Armagh region.

Joined by Sinn Féin’s deputy leader Mary Lou McDonald TD, Mickey Brady MP and Assembly candidates from across the six counties at the party’s manifesto launch in Armagh’s Market Place theatre.

Mr Boylan said:

“I’m proud to be launching our campaign today which aims to secure greater government and departmental focus in Armagh in terms of job creation, infrastructural investment, broadband, health and education provision.

“As we approach a new Assembly mandate, Sinn Féin will aim to showcase the greater Armagh area as an economic, recreational and tourist hub.

"I’ll be proudly flying the flag for this part of the Newry/Armagh constituency and I’ll be continuing to fight our corner for a fair share of funding allocations."
