Maskey condemns Norglen Parade shooting

3 July, 2017 - by Paul Maskey

Sinn Féin MP for West Belfast Paul Maskey has said we are lucky we are not dealing with fatalities following a shooting incident at a family home in Norglen Parade.

Speaking today Mr Maskey said:

“Those behind firing shots at a family home in Norglen Parade must be condemned.

“They have endangered three young children and two adults in the house and have shown absolute disregard for this community.

“Nobody should be bringing guns onto the streets.

“We are very lucky we are not dealing with fatalities this morning.

“I would urge anyone with any information on this attack to bring it to the PSNI.”
