Kathleen Funchion TD wishes Junior Cert students best of luck

13 September, 2017 - by Kathleen Funchion TD

Sinn Féin spokesperson for Education and TD for Carlow-Kilkenny Kathleen Funchion has wished those receiving their Junior Cert results today the best of luck for their future

Deputy Funchion said:

“I would like to wish all students receiving their results this morning the very best of luck. A lot of hard work went into preparing for these exams over the past few years by both students and teachers alike, and I hope that students feel accomplished and proud.

“While these exams are undoubtedly important, they are not the be all and end all. Education is a broad path and we must each find our own way along the journey.

“I am sure this year’s Junior Cert students have done themselves and their schools proud and I wish them all the very best for their futures.”
