12 November, 2018 - by Carál Ní Chuilín

Sinn Féin MLA Carál Ní Chuilin has expressed concern at the ongoing union dispute involving NASUWT members at St. Patrick’s Primary School in North Belfast.

The North Belfast MLA said:

“I am concerned that NASUWT members at St. Patrick’s Primary School feel they need to take strike action strike action over working conditions and health and welfare of members.

“I am encouraging all of those involved to meet and continue efforts to resolve this dispute.

“It’s important the education of children is impacted as little as possible and that parents are kept informed of any developments.

“Sinn Féin support all efforts to find a resolution.”
