Larry O'Toole is councillor for Dublin City Council and represents the Beaumont Donaghmede ward. Larry was first elected to the council in 1999 and is a member of the Transport and the Finance strategic policy committees. He is also a member of the Dublin City Joint Policing Committee and is on the board of CDETB.
