Malachy Quinn is a councillor for Balbriggan on Fingal County Council. Malachy is a member of a number of committees within Fingal County Council including the Joint Policing Committee and the Housing Committee. Malachy’s vision for his area is to promote the economic and tourism potential of Fingal as the gateway to the Eastern seaboard of the Island. He believes North Fingal can provide rural living with urban opportunities.
