A long standing member of Sinn Féin, Nigel is acutely aware of the effects of austerity and the devastation caused by failed government policies to assist ordinary families. Nigel is a dedicated family man and he and his wife have a two year old son. They live in Rylane and Nigel works in the pharmaceutical sector.
Nigel is a widely regarded leader in his community and he is a talented musician. He is immersed in community organisations and clubs and gives his time freely to support charities like ‘Suicide Aware’ and deserving local causes.
Nigel is standing in the General Election with a promise to abolish the water charges and the Local Property Tax. He is committed to tackling the housing crisis and building a fairer tax system that aims to create a more equal society.
