Sinn Féin No to Lisbon Campaign Bank Holiday Weekend media opportunities

Sinn Féin leadership figures will be on the No to Lisbon Campaign trail over the Bank Holiday weekend. MEP Mary Lou McDonald will unveil a giant No to Lisbon banner at 58 Parnell Square tomorrow while Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness MLA will be joined by Senator Pearse Doherty for a Vote No to Lisbon canvass walkabout prior to the Derry Donegal match on Sunday.

On Bank Holiday Monday Louth TD Arthur Morgan will join a protest against the Euratom proposals contained in the Lisbon Treaty at the EU Parliament Buildings on Dawson Street.

Saturday 31st May:

Mary Lou McDonald will be joining party members for a canvas in the North Inner City on Saturday morning. Meeting at the corner of Ballybough Road and Clonliffe Avenue at 11am.

A 30 foot x 20 foot full building banner will be unveiled at 58 Parnell Square at 12pm with Mary Lou McDonald available for photos.

There will be canvassing in Cabra in the afternoon meeting at the Cabra Sinn Féin office, 58 Fassaugh Avenue at 12:45pm.

Mary Lou McDonald will then travel to Dundrum to meet members of South Dublin Sinn Féin and will join a canvass in Dundrum Shopping Centre at 3pm.

Sunday 1st June:

2pm Aengus Ó Snodaigh will lead party activists for a canvass in Crumlin, Dublin 12 at 2pm (note to media meeting point Errigal Road behind Crumlin Children's Hospital)

Bairbre de Brun MEP and Senator Pearse Doherty will be canvassing at the Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta in Glenn Cholm Cille tir Chonail.
