Deputy Ó Snodaigh said there is serious concern in the area that children's lives are being put at risk as a result of the latest cutback which involves closing down a ward which caters for Cystic Fibrosis patients at weekends.

He said, "There is serious concern at Crumlin Children's Hospital that cutbacks are putting children's lives at risk. The latest cutback involves closing down a ward which caters for Cystic Fibrosis patients at weekends.
