Extending an invitation to all farmers throughout counties Derry and Tyrone as well as everyone involved in agri-businesses and the wider rural economy to attend, Cookstown Sinn Féin councillor Seán Clarke, who is heavily involved in the local roll out of the Rural Development Programme, said:

"Events like the Farmers Forum taking place in Ballyronan allow my party to directly engage with people at a local level and to hear their real needs and concerns. Next Wednesday night's meeting will allow Bairbre de Brún, a Member of the European Parliament, who is pro-active on agriculture and rural issues to engage directly with our farming communities so that she can fight for them in Europe. Everyone is welcome to attend." ENDS
