PSNI must deliver on commitments to Bloody families
Sinn Féin MLA Raymond McCartney has called on the PSNI to honour commitments made to the Bloody relatives in 2012 on the investigation into the massacre.
The Foyle MLA said;
"At a meeting with senior PSNI officers in 2012 the Bloody families were given assurances that a full and proper investigation into the deaths of their loved ones would be carried out.
"The PSNI also said procedures would be put in place to interview the paratroopers involved.
"I am calling on the PSNI chief constable George Hamilton to reassure families that those commitments made in 2012 are honoured and delivered on."
