Whole Farm Assessment Survey a must for farmers
Sinn Féin MLA Oliver McMullan has called on farmers to complete the Whole Farm Needs Assessment survey which will help shape the Farm Business Improvement Scheme.
Mr McMullan said,
“It is important the Department of Agriculture are informed about the priorities that farmers face in developing their businesses.
“Information gathered from the survey will help DARD assess the type and level of government support needed by farmers to meet their business objectives.
“With over £250m available from the department to be spent on developing farming businesses it is important the money is spent in ways which meet the needs of farmers.
“I would urge farmers to complete the survey before the April 3rd deadline by downloading it from the DARD website at www.dardni.gov.uk”
