Sinn Féin West Belfast MP Paul Maskey has condemned the paint bombing attack on Sinn Féin Falls Rd office and the graffiti attack on the Falls Library.

Mr Maskey said:

“Those responsible for the paint bomb attack on our offices will not deter us from our work in this constituency or any other for that matter.

“They come out in the hours of darkness to attack community services and offer absolutely nothing to society.

“Our offices are used by many constituents on a daily basis seeking assistance on a range of issues. That service has and will continue.

“The graffiti attack on Sinn Féin and on the Library is an attack on the entire community. The Falls library is an extremely busy one serving people from all over Belfast.

"I have spoken to a number of constituents today who are appalled at the attacks.  I urge those responsible to stop this type of activity and involve themselves in a more productive pursuit that will serve rather than damage the community.”
