All families entitled to truth about deaths of loved ones - Dillon
Sinn Féin MLA Linda Dillon has said the families of those killed at Loughgall in 1987 are entitled to truth about the death of their loved ones.
Speaking as the families went to court to challenge the lack of funding for legacy inquests, Ms Dillon said;
"Grieving relatives should not have to go to the lengths of going to court to take a judicial review to try to secure funding for inquests.
"The British government has a responsibility to address the legacy of the past in line with the Stormont House Agreement. It has singularly failed to live up to this responsibility to date and is continually placing obstacles in the path of grieving relatives.
"All victims are entitled to access to truth and justice. There can be no hierarchy of victims.
"Sinn Féin will continue to support all families and victims in their search for the truth about what happened to their loved ones."
