24 June, 2019 - by Francie Molloy

Sinn Féin MP Francie Molloy has congratulated St Colm’s High School in Ballinascreen on winning a prestigious sustainability award.

The Mid Ulster MP said:

“I want to congratulate St Colm’s High School in Ballinascreen for winning the sustainable schools awards at the Times Educational Supplement (TES) Awards 2019.

“This is a prestigious award and recognised the school’s efforts to improve the environment, not just in the school itself but also in the local area.

“I recently attended the launch of these awards at Westminster and saw the calibre of schools St Colm’s High School was up against so this is a fantastic achievement for the school.

“I want to commend the principal, Roisin McKenna, Clare Devlin and all the staff and, most of all, the pupils of St Colm’s on their well-deserved success.”
