Adams wishes injured in Dundalk Cemetery incident ‘a speedy recovery’
Louth Sinn Féin TD Gerry Adams has wished a “speedy recovery” to those who were injured today when a car was driven at speed through St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Dundalk.
Teachta Adams said:
“I would appeal to anyone who witnessed todays incident in St. Patrick’s Cemetery to speak urgently to An Garda Síochána and provide them with any information they might have.
“This afternoon’s attack on people attending the annual blessing of the graves is to be condemned.
“It is a miracle that no was killed and more citizens injured.
“I want to wish the person seriously injured and all of those hurt and terrified by today’s event a speedy recovery.”
