Economy Minister must get money into the pockets of those who need it – Archibald

Sinn Féin MLA Caoimhe Archibald has said Economy Minister Dianne Dodds has a responsibility to get financial support payments into the pockets of those who need it most.

Caoimhe Archibald said:

“With the current COVID-19 restrictions in place many businesses, workers and their families are struggling and it vitally important that Economy Minister Diane Dodds delivers the necessary supports.

“There is an onus on the Minister to get money into the pockets of those who need it most as quickly as possible.

“Restrictions are necessary to protect public health and the health service and financial supports are just as necessary to protect businesses and workers.”
