Protocol must be implemented in full – Hazzard

Sinn Féin MP Chris Hazzard has said the protocol must be implemented in full.

Chris Hazzard said:

“We need to see full implementation of the protocol and the vital protections it contains for the north.

“The British government have now delivered its roadmap for the implementation of the protocol to the EU.

“The protocol is not going anywhere. The British government has already committed to it, as have the European Commission.

“We now need to see the British government stop trying to shift the goalposts and get on with the full implementation of the protocol.”
