Ní Chuilín condemns hate crime attack on north Belfast home

Sinn Féin MLA Carál Ní Chuilín has condemned an attack on a home in the Lower Oldpark area of north Belfast which police are treating as a hate crime.

The north Belfast MLA said:

“The attack on a home in Lower Oldpark is disgraceful and I condemn it utterly.

“This is now being treated as a hate crime by police.

“Thankfully no one was hurt but we could have been facing a very different situation.

“There is no place in our communities for sectarianism or racism.

“I appeal for anyone with any information on this shameful attack to contact police immediately.”
