Crossmaglen victory

Speaking from O Moore Park in Portlaoise Newry and Armagh MP Conor Murphy hailed the Crossmaglen victory as a thoroughly deserved one.

Mr Murphy said:

"This is a fantastic and thoroughly deserved achievement for Crossmaglen Rangers. They are a credit to the County. Their dedication and commitment to their club and sport has been second to none and sets a great example to all."

Former Newry and Mourne Mayor Councillor Pat Mc Ginn who also attended the All Ireland final said that the victory was one that all sports people could share. "Crossmaglen Rangers continue to set the standard for us all." ENDS
