Jemma Dolan

Profile

Jemma Dolan is the Employment and Workers Rights Spokesperson for Sinn Féin in the Assembly and MLA for Fermanagh-South Tyrone.

Jemma graduated from the University of Ulster in 2012 with a BA Hons in Media Studies with Psychology and went on to be elected as Vice President for Campaigns and Communications for the University of Ulster Students’ Union.

During these two years, Jemma gained valuable experience of working with those from all communities and won all-island awards for her mental health campaigns.

Before being elected as an MLA for the first time in 2017, Jemma worked for Sinn Féin in Fermanagh and in the EU Parliament as a Press Officer.

Representing a rural, border constituency and having grown up on a farm, Jemma is keen to address regional imbalance and inequality as well as the negative impact of partition.

Jemma is involved in many aspects of her community and is a member of her local GAA club, Erne Gaels.
